Here's a short review of the just released Nendoroid Haruhi Suzumiya Disappearance Version by Mikatan:

It seems that a whole extra head is provided to change from long to short hair. The "Captain S.O.S badge" usage can be seen from pictures below~~

Parts from Nendoroid Yuki Nagato Disappearance Ver. can be used to reproduce the uniform version of Haruhi as well. ^^ (with the Captain badge of course XD)
