The "small" scratch on the brave crest comes out of the box. haih...
The detail on the head and torso is beautifully sculpted and is very anime accurate and the paint job is very good for this action figure. The joints are somewhat similar to the ones used in SH Figuarts range
The chrome on his Mega Claw is really shinny and blends in pretty well with the gold colours.
TERRA FORCE!!
and he's aiming for a dunk!!!
SWOOSH~
Overall, this figure is very decent for display purposes with its accurate paintjob and proportions. However, the joints are loose and poses are very difficult to make due to that. Quite a hefty price tag as well for a figure that comes with only a "burning ball". Worth the wait? Well, as a fan it sure is! ^^
where've you been bro, we miss you here :D
ReplyDeletethe D-arts series sure bring the old game into the action figure, the wargreymon is awesome
Sorry bro, but i've been kinda busy these few weeks but dont worry im back! I'll try my best to update my blog as much as i can! :D
ReplyDeleteYeap, D-Arts sure is, but i do hope they improve their joints, mayb cause wargreymon is the 1st release in the series. =(
Looking reminds me of the anime series. Still prefer the first and second series as compared to the later ones XD
ReplyDeleteA seriously serious looking evolution from once the kiddy anime. It's really nice looking and sorry to hear about the loose joints. The fireball is pretty cute for an accessory. At first, I thought it was a Roche chocolate. Lol....
ReplyDeletealthough the plot is too simple for my taste, the graphics & character design in this series r very well done & some figures available r very tempting... what a pity the scratch in the back of the "monster" argggg !!!... why they create nice figures & forget to create a proper packaging design ???
ReplyDelete@GundamGunso: they are the best especially the first. Savers was not bad though.
ReplyDelete@Katsuden: Yeah, the anime was pretty good with its storyline at the time. Maybe they took some inspiration from the chocolate makers. XD
@chris: the designs are very refreshing back when it was release and i still rmb it goin toe to toe with Pokemon! The packaging was ok but i think is the workers that pack the toy that caused the scratch!!haha
glad that you've back again bro,,
ReplyDeleteif you say so,, but truly the D-Arts series sure bring back memoriez :)
