AMX-004 Qubeley (SD Gundam Next Vol. 2)

AMX-004 Qubeley is a mobile suit specially built for Newtypes that was featured in both Zeta Gundam and ZZ Gundam. It has the Psycommu system which only can be fully utilized by Newtypes however it was portrayed as the antagonist mobile suit (somehow the baddies have more "fin funnels" in all gundam series). Qubeley is piloted by ace pilot Haman Karn during the Gryps Conflict and First Neo Zeon War.

I got this little fella from my friend who went Taiwan for holidays and this was a souvenir! It's gotta be my best souvenir that i have received in years! XD

I rule all of you....

I'm indeed quite stunned when i open the *egg* as i didnt expect any articulation from this little fella, and its not bad!! both arms and legs are movable and so are his waist and head. SDs sure have grown a lot in recent times... even in Gashapon!

Dooodolls: Orange Butch

Alright, this blog may feature mechas and figures in general, but its gonna be a special post today as i'll be posting on a plush! And not any other plush but a plush series from Dooodolls! Dooodolls is a Malaysian company that makes outrages looking plushes from characters that seems to come from the templates of Monster's Inc and certain cartoons in cartoon network. It's a collectable nonetheless as there are available in all the horoscopes and many more characters that are original and unique. There are also limited editions that comes out from time to time which can cost quite a LOT. XD

As for Orange Butch, here are his "details" from Dooodolls.com

These are sure lots of details for a plush! and they are available for each character as well!

Overall, it's a very "Cute" guy i would say, and looks MENACING hanging in my car! HAHA!

GFF Metal Composite RX-78-2 Gundam Char Aznable Custom!

Sorry for the long hiatus again! But i'm back with the "action figure" which represents this blog currently. Cue up GFF Metal Composite RX-78-2 Gundam Char Aznable Custom! This gundam first appears in Gihren's Greed: Blood of Zeon for the Playstation and then its subsequent releases of the series. This red-comet gundam is an exact copy of Amuro's RX-78-2 and has the same abilities.

RGM-89S Stark Jegan Gashapon Review

The lean green machine in discussion in this post is the RGM-89S Stark Jegan which first appeared in the Char's Counterattack MSV and it is now well known as the grunt unit for the Earth Federation in the first episode of the Gundam Unicorn OAVs. I bought this dude when i had a "I need to buy something!" kinda moment when i was in a shopping mall. And with luck on my side, the gashapon machine have only 1 "egg" left which is the Stark Jegan... Well, who could resist that?! ^^

Tony Stark Jegan is a formidable mobile suit that have lots of equipment and firepower, much more than the GMs of old, and with better agility. In the first battle scene from Gundam Unicorn episode 1, the Jegans bravely fought the Kshtriya from the Neo Zeon and although they lost, it showed that grunt units are not to be messed with. Its armaments include a 60mm vulcan, beam sabers, grenade launcher, missile pods, beam rifle and a hyper bazooka.

Overall, the details on this figure is very impressive due its size and i can say all the colour is near perfect except for some small components. Playability is.. gashapon standard, however it looks cool on display and with a 300yen price tag, i would say that its a bargain.
